At ZoneBebe, we understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise with your order. Here's how we're happy to help.

Order Cancellations or Modifications

Changed your mind? We get it!

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund or change the order information if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
  • After this 12-hour window, cancellations or modifications may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
  • Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days.

Exchanges

We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size.

  • If you need an exchange for any of these reasons, please contact us directly at support@zonebebe.com.
  • You won't be charged return shipping for defective products.
