1. Does Zonebebe offer international shipping?
Currently, Zonebebe ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding to international destinations in the near future.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) Monday through Friday are usually processed the same or next business day.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Stripe, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and most major debit and credit cards.
4. How much is the shipping cost?
- Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all U.S. orders, with no hidden fees.
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $50
5. Can I return an item if I change my mind or if the size doesn’t fit?
Returns are only accepted if there was an error on our part, such as wrong item or defective product. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues if the ordered size was correct.
6. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
Please contact our support team immediately via the Contact Us page or email support@zonebebe.com. Include clear photos showing the issue so we can assist with a return or replacement.
7. What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require a re-shipping fee.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
9. What if my package is lost or missing during shipping?
If tracking shows your package has not been delivered after 15 business days, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
10. How does Zonebebe protect my personal information?
We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not sell your personal information. Your data is used only for order processing, shipping, and customer service following our Privacy Policy.
